The official Toei Tokusatsu YouTube channel posted two teaser trailers for the upcoming Kamen Rider Revice spin-off titled Kamen Rider Juuga vs. Kamen Rider Orteca. The trailers show the two opposing sides of the story.
As its name suggest, George Karizaki/Kamen Rider Juuga (role reprised by Noritaka Hamao), will face off against Orteca (role reprised by Hayata Seki) who will transform into a Kamen Rider!
In addition, it was also announced that Kamen Rider Drive's Rei Yoshii and Taira Imata will both reprise their respective roles as Rinna Sawagami and Genpachiro Otta respectively. Also joining the spin-off's cast are: veteran suit actor Yasuhiko Imai (Kamen Rider Revice) as Sho Takada, Naoki Kunishima (Doubutsu Sentai Zyuohger) as Yuki Saikawa, and Kamen Rider GIRLS' Chisato Akita as Michiru Haruyama.
Taking place after the events of the Revice Forward: Kamen Rider Live & Evil & Demons film, George Karizaki visits the laboratory to hear the advice from researcher Sho Takada, who helped with the development of the Juuga Driver, and is an old friend of his father, Masumi Karizaki. Takada showed him a video of Orteca escaping from prison!
In addition, most of the main cast of Kamen Rider Revice will reprise their respective roles in this spin-off, namely: Kentaro Maeda (Ikki Igarashi), Wataru Hyuga (Daiji Igarashi), Ayaka Imoto (Sakura Igarashi), Hikari Kabashima (Hana Natsuki), Claud Hachijoin (Tamaki Go), and Junya Komatsu (Hiromi Kadota).
Lastly, suit actor and action director Jun Watanabe will make his directorial debut in this spin-off. Written by Hiroki Uchida (Kamen Rider Jeanne & Kamen Rider Aguilera with Girls Remix), Kamen Rider Juuga vs. Kamen Rider Orteca will have two parts and is set for an April 30th release for Part 1 and May 7th release for Part 2 only on TTFC.
