Kamen Rider Gaim Co-Stars Gaku Sano & Yuki Kubota Reunite in Futatsu no Kino to Boku no Mirai Film

​It was announced that Gaku Sano will reunite with Kamen Rider Gaim co-star Yuki Kubota in the upcoming Futatsu no Kino to Boku no Mirai film. 

​In Kamen Rider Gaim, Sano played Kouta Kazuraba/Kamen Rider Gaim while Kubota played Takatora Kureshima/Kamen Rider Zangetsu. In the upcoming film, Sano will play the role of Kaito, a marathon runner who had hopes to compete in the Olympics, but he have to give up those dreams after an injury. He now works in city hall and just drifts through his days and his girlfriend, Marino (played by The Chasing World's Itsuki Sagara) leaves him. 

One day, he goes to the mountain as a tourist guide and due to heavy rains, he finds a mysterious mine and enters it to stay dry, but Kaito finds himself outside of the mine. The rain is gone and his memory is now different. He won an Olympic gold medal and he is still with his girlfriend. 

Other cast members include: Tetsuya Sugaya (Terrace House) as Ryosuke, Rio Kanno (Lesson of the Evil) as Eri, Mao Miyaji (Water Boys) as Sayuri, Satoshi Jinbo (Kamen Rider Fourze) as Satoru, Takaaki Enoki (Aibou), and Masuyo Iwamoto (Half a Confession).

Written and directed by Kenichi Ohmori (The Book Peddler) and co-written by Takuro Fukuda (Kamen Rider Ghost), Futatsu no Kino to Boku no Mirai will first make its premiere in Niihama, Ehime Prefecture in Japan on November 9th followed by a nationwide release in a later date.
