The official Bandai Namco Entertainment YouTube channel posted the System Introduction trailer for the upcoming JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle R game. The trailer highlights the various mechanics and gimmicks this game has.
An expanded version of the original JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle game, this updated version features an expanded roster of 50 characters from the original 41 characters from all arcs of the manga from Phantom Blood to the most current arc, JoJolion. In addition, this version also updates the character designs and the voice cast to match the ones seen in the anime. Customization options for outfits, poses, and dialogue are also included. The game's fighting mechanic is also enhanced and will now feature a new battle system, and adds a tag team "Support Attack" system.
The game will be available in multiple editions, namely: Standard, Digital Deluxe, and Collector's Bundle. The Digital Deluxe Edition will include an Animation Special Event Color Set, the Season Pass, two exclusive costumes, and two days early access to all Season Pass characters. The Collector's Bundle on the other hand, includes a 10-inch Jolyne Cujoh statue, and an Animation Special Event Color Set.
