The official Ninpuu Sentai Hurricaneger de Gozaru! Shushuuto 20th Anniversary film website has unveiled the film's official trailer as well as additional cast members.
Joining the film's cast are: Hana Hizuki (Princess Maison) as Oiranda, and Kenji Nomura (Baki the Grappler, One Piece) as Aunja. In addition, Taiki Matsuno, who played Shurikenger in Ninpuu Sentai Hurricaneger, will play a new character named Toshiyuki Nagao, a man who serves Hinata Mugensai.
In the Edo period, ninjas of the Hayate Style, namely: Takanosuke, Nami, and Kyotaro, and ninjas of the Ikazuchi Style, namely: Ikkaku and Ichiga are guarding Teruhime, are confronted by Oiranda and Aunja of the Ura Seven Spears. Teruhime is being escorted by the two Ikazuchi Style ninjas when they were attacked. They are after Teruhime's Tensho Stone, a stone that is said to be capable in destroying the world. Just when all hope seems lost, the Hurricaneger and the Gouraigers travelled back in time from the future, and are now engaged in a fierce battle!
Written by Keiko Tani, and directed by Katsuya Watanabe (Ninpuu Sentai Hurricaneger: 10 YEARS AFTER), the film is set for a limited theatrical release on June 16th, and is set for an October 25th release on Blu-ray and DVD. Lastly, the special edition Blu-ray and DVD set will include the Oedo Medal, which is used by Hurricane Red in the film.
