Sunrise revealed new details for the upcoming Gundam Build Divers Battlogue anime, a special that pits fan favorite Gundam plastic models (Gunpla) in battle.
The series will be directed by acclaimed mecha anime director Masami Obari with the core staff of the Gundam Build Divers Re:RISE anime returning to work on the project. These staff members are: writer Yasuyuki Muto, original character designer Kazuhiro Hara with Shuri Toida drawing said character designs for animation, chief mecha animator Shinya Kusumegi, backgrounds by Studio Naya, and music by Hideakira Kimura.
As to the Gunpla chosen to be featured in this series of dream battles, they were chosen by fans earlier this year thanks to a special voting site last April. Gundam Build Divers Battlogue is set for a November 13th release on the official Gundam Channel on YouTube.
