The Guinness World Records announced that the world's largest Ultraman statue was unveiled Shanghai, China last January 6th.
This giant statue of Ultraman Zero features said Ultra doing his iconic pose stands 10.4 meters (34.12 feet) tall, weighs 3.8 tons (8,377 lbs), and stands four storeys high. This statue is made by more than 20 people and is on display in the world's first Ultraman-themed park, which is located at the Shanghai Haichang Ocean Park.
This isn't the first time Ultraman hold a record from the Guinness World Records as the franchise still holds the record for the most TV spin-off series. At the time the franchise won the award back in 2015, they were 33 spin-offs based on the original Ultraman series with Ultraman X being the latest one when this was awarded.
