Joining the show's cast are: Hiroshi Kamiya (Attack on Titan, Ultraman Zero) as Juga, Yuma Uchida (Gundam Build Fighters Try, Ultraman Taiga) as Onjia, Ayaka Suwa (Riddle Story of Devil) as Mujina, Koki Uchiyama (Kingdom Hearts, Kamen Rider Saber) as Shizumu, Mariya Ise (Hunter x Hunter 2011) as Ms. Inamoto, Azusa Tadokoro (Aikatsu!) as Mei, Jin Ogasawara (Wave!!: Surfing Yappe!!) as Awaki, Gakuto Kajiwara (Black Clover) as Nazumi, Rio Tsuchiya (THE IDOLM@STER: ShinyColors) as Ranka, and Hikaru Tono (BanG Dream! 2nd Season) as Kaneishi.
The trailer also featured Dynazenon as designed by Tsuyoshi Nonaka (Kyouryuu Sentai Zyuranger), with Kaiju designs by an all-star cast of designers, namely: Shinji Nishikawa (Godzilla vs. Biollante), Yasushi Torisawa (Engine Sentai Go-Onger), Hiroshi Maruyama (Heisei Ultraman Series), Kiyotaka Taguchi (Ultraman Orb), Hideo Okamoto (Ninja Sentai Kakuranger), Ichirou Itano (Angel Cop), and Masayuki Gotoh (Ultraman New Generation Heroes). Also serving as the show's mechanical sequence director is Gen Asano (Promare). Lastly, Takara Tomy, the company that previously did the toys of the original Gridman: The Hyper Agent TV series will participate in the Gridman Universe project as well by developing motifs and visuals through goods and videos.
Part of the Gridman Universe, SSSS.Dynazenon is set for an April 2021 release.
