It was announced at the Fate Project 2017 at the AnimeJapan 2017 event the title and release date of the upcoming Fate/stay night: Heaven's Feel's first film.
The first film is officially titled "Fate/stay night: Heaven's Feel I. presage flower" and will premiere in Japan on October 14th.
Fate/stay night: Heaven's Feel is based on the third/final route of the original visual novel that is centered on Sakura Matou, Rin Tohsaka's younger sister who becomes a game changer in the Holy Grail War.
Some staff members of the Fate/Zero and Fate/stay night: Unlimited Blade Works TV anime will return to work in the project. Yuki Kaijura returns to compose the film's music while Tomonori Sudou will direct the project with ufotable animating it.
