The official Fate/Grand Order: Zettai Majuu Babylonia anime website has unveiled the teaser trailer for the upcoming series.
The teaser has unveiled the our first look at Gilgamesh and Enkidu in the series. These roles will be reprised by Tomokazu Seki and Yu Kobayashi respectively as these two played said characters in the original mobile game.
Based on the Fate/Grand Order mobile game's 7th Singularity: The Absolute Frontline in the War Against the Demonic Beasts: Babylonia, this quest was ranked 1st in a poll Aniplex conducted for the franchise when it comes to what developments they want to see in the franchise. The upcoming anime will be produced by CloverWorks (DARLING in the FRANXX) with Fate franchise's lead character designer Takeshi Takeuchi.
The series will be directed by Toshifumi Akai (DARLING in the FRANX) with assistant director Miyuki Kuroki (The Idolm@ster). The series will feature character designs by Tomoaki Takase (Occultic;Nine) and music by Keita Haga (Fate/stay night) and Ryo Kawasaki (Fate/Grand Order). The anime is set for a 2019 release.
