Dragon Ball Xenoverse Game to Feature Dragon Ball Super Content

Bandai Namco Entertainment America posted a new trailer for the upcoming Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 game for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC, which revealed that Goku Black is playable in the game.

​Goku Black was first introduced in Dragon Ball Super's currently on-going Future Trunks Arc. The character is currently available as a pre-order bonus for the game. In addition, is unknown if he can transform into Super Saiyan Rose in the upcoming game. 

Goku Black is not the only character from Dragon Ball Super who will make an appearance in the upcoming game. The warriors of Universe 6, namely Frost and Kyabe (Cabbe), which were first seen in the anime's Champa Arc will be playable game and is part of the game's first DLC pack.

More on the game's Dragon Ball Super stuff, the deluxe PS4 version of the game gives players early access to play as Future Trunks as seen in Dragon Ball Super's Future Trunks Arc, and also features a season pass that will give players access to four content packs that will feature: playable characters; episodes and quests; masters and masters quests; stages; and skills, costumes, and accessories.

In Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, players will "protect the history of Dragon Ball". In the game's story, it is the Time Patrollers job to prevent history from being changed, but there are parts of history that they would like to change. The game is set for an October 25th release in North America, October 28th in Europe and worldwide via Steam, and on November 2nd for the PS4 in Japan.
