The official Yu-Gi-Oh! anime Twitter account announced that the Yu-Gi-Oh! GX anime will get a remaster to commemorate its 20th anniversary.
Simply titled "Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters GX 20th Remaster", it will begin airing this April 2025, and if the last Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters 20th Remaster is an indication, it will likely be the series getting a widescreen treatment alongside with said visual remaster.
Taking place years after the events of the Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters anime, the series follows Jaden Yuki and the friends he meet in the prestigous Duel Academy as they go on missions, fight duels and use special powers to become the next King of Games.
