It was announced by talent agency Aoni Production that voice actor Taiki Matsuno has passed away. He was 56 years old.
He passed away last June 26 due to a right cerebral hemorrhage. His family plans to hold a private funeral ceremony.
Matsuno is best known for his role as Hajime Kindaichi in The File of Young Kindaichi anime series. His other well known roles include: Inuyasha's Koga, Yu-Gi-Oh! GX's Jun Manjome, Digimon Savers' Agumon, Sailor Moon SuperS' Pegasus/Helios, Ninpu Sentai Hurricaneger's Shurikenger, and is SpongeBob Squarepants' Japanese voice actor since the show's 4th season.
