The official TOHO animation YouTube channel posted the super teaser trailer for the My Hero Academia anime's upcoming final season.
This teaser trailer highlights the upcoming final battle between Izuku Midoriya and Tomura Shigaraki. The My Hero Academia manga ended last August 2025 with its epilogue chapter. That said, the upcoming season will continue the Final War Arc before entering the Epilogue Arc.
As previously reported, studio BONES will one again animate the series and staff from previous seasons will return for the final season, namely: chief director Kenji Nagasaki, director Naomi Nakayama, script supervisor Yosuke Kuroda, character designers Yoshihiko Umakoshi and Hitomi Odashima, and composer Yuki Hayashi.
My Hero Academia: Final Season is set to premiere this October and will air every Saturday at 5:30pm JST on 29 stations nationwide, including Yomiuri TV and Nippon TV.
