Here's the preview of Kamen Rider Outsiders' 7th/final episode titled "Outsiders and the Desire Royale". It's the final chapter and Ziin (role reprised by Fuku Suzuki) has gathered them for a new game!

That said, characters from previous Kamen Rider Outsiders episodes will return for this installment, most notably: Takashi Hagino as Takeshi Asakura, Hironari Amano as Sakuya Tachibana, Hamao Noritaka as George Karizaki, Shuya Sunagawa as Horobi. Also returning are: Yuichi Nakamura as Yuto Sakurai/Kamen Rider Zein, Tetsuya Iwanaga as Kuroto Dan, Nachi Sakuragi as Amatsu Gai, Shota Matsushima as Brain, Kokoro Aoshima as Tsumuri, Noa Tsurushima & Show Hayami as Kamen Rider Zero-Three, and Tetsuo Kanao as Kamen Rider Evol X.
But that's not all, Ayaka Namiki will join the cast as she will reprise her role as Beroba! Lastly, Yamato Furuya and Hiromu Takahashi will once again reprise their roles as Foundation X members Ecole and Joseph Rando respectively. Yuya Takahashi (Kamen Rider Ex-Aid, Kamen Rider Geats) returns to write this episode, which is directed by Takayuki Shibasaki (Kamen Rider Geats × Revice: Movie Battle Royale).
