Bandai Japan posted the official images of the DX Crosshopper from the Kamen Rider Gotchard series.
The DX Crosshopper can ride the DX Tenliner (sold separately), and on its own, the Crosshopper can make sounds on its own by pressing the button on said item. But that's not all, this item is needed to transform into Kamen Rider Platinum Gotchard!
To transform, the user inserts the Crosshopper and Tenliner Ride Chemy Trading Card into the DX Gotchardriver (sold separately), then you unfold the Tenliner's wings, have the Crosshopper ride said Chemy, and set it on the belt. Once you pull the lever, the LED will light up and the transformation sound will play, thus transform into Kamen Rider Platinum Gotchard! After transformation, you can even insert other Ride Chemy Trading Cards in the transformation device.

The DX Crosshopper cost 2,200 yen, and is set for a March 23rd release. Lastly, if you haven't purchased the DX Tenliner yet, you can purchase it as part of a set with the DX Crosshopper for 7,150 yen. Aside from said Chemys, it also comes with three Ride Chemy Trading Cards that are included in both items. The DX Crosshopper & Tenliner Set is also set for a March 23rd release.
