Nakayoshi magazine's February issue revealed that CLAMP's Nanase Ohkawa will write the scripts of the Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card Arc anime.
She will also handle the series composition as well. The upcoming Clear Card Arc anime is an adaptation of CLAMP's recent Cardcaptor Sakura sequel manga. The adaptation will feature the cast of the original anime reprising their roles for the said series. The anime's returning cast are:
The director of the first anime and the two anime films, Morio Asaka returns to direct the new anime with Madhouse animating the series. The new anime series is set for a January 2018 release on NHK.
