It was announced during a Cardcaptor Sakura franchise event that the 3rd volume of the Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card Arc's manga will bundle a new anime DVD.
The anime titled "Sakura and the Two Bears" will have an original story that connects the previous Sakura Card Arc and the upcoming Clear Card Arc as the story takes place prior to the start of the Clear Card Arc. As seen above, the promo of the anime features the song "The Promised Sky" by Junko Iwao, Tomoyo's voice in the anime.
The anime will be included in the special edition version of the third volume of the Clear Card Arc manga. The bundle cost 3,480 yen and is set for a September 13 release. As for the Clear Card Arc anime, it will premiere on January 2018 on NHK with the staff of the original anime returning to work on the new anime.
