This item represents Ultraseven's weapon that is attached in his head, and is approximately 40cm in length, which is based on the size of the Eye Slugger when Ultraseven holds it in his hand. The appearance is reproduced with a design that minimizes the division of parts so as not to spoil the beautiful form. The details of the front, where multiple shapes can be seen in the series, can be reproduced by replacing the included parts.
In addition, the item also features sound gimmicks as various sounds and background music, such as the attack sounds, special technique and monster cries while using the Eye Slugger by pressing the button and the use of its vibration sensor. The button plays the sound effects if used as a handheld weapon, while the vibration sensor activates sound effects when mainly used as a boomerang.
