Bandai Japan posted their video review of the Ultraid Chronicle Hyper Strike Chester from the Ultraman Nexus series.
The Ultraid Chronicle is a new line of Ultra Mecha series toys in which they are completely redesigned from the original DX toy with new gimmicks such as lights and sounds. That said, this Hyper Striker Chester is 120% larger compared to the DX toy first released in 2004, and is 290mm in overall length, and has a total weight of 900g.
This mecha is composed of four Chrome Chester jets, namely: Chrome Chester α, Chrome Chester β, Chrome Chester γ, and Chrome Chester δ. Aside from forming into the Hyper Strike Chester, it can also form the Strike Chester and the Mega Cannon Chester. Lastly, the Chrome Chester α and Chrome Chester δ are equipped with light and sound gimmicks. When you press a button, the cockpit light up, and the sound effects such as flying sounds, combining sounds, firing sounds, and even the finisher, "Ultimate Vanisher" will play. The item can also play two kinds of BGM tracks.
This Premium Bandai web exclusive set cost 22,000 yen, and is set for a November release. Pre-orders will end on August 7th.
