IGN reported that that the heroes in a half shell, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles will team-up with the ninjas from the world of Naruto!
The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles x Naruto crossover comic book is a 4-issue mini series made in collaboration with Naruto's North American publisher, Viz Media, and the current publishing rights holder of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise, IDW Publishing.
In the crossover, teenage reporter April O'Neil has a clandestine meeting with Tsunade, the leader of the Hidden Leaf Village, and it garners the attention of Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, and Kakashi. But they aren't the only ones who are wondering on what they are discussing as the sinister Foot Clan have their own interest in April's visit. They think that she might hold the valuable information on mutation research being conducted by scientist Baxter Stockman.
With April caught between the forces of the Hidden Leaf Village and the Foot Clan, it can't be long before the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles will show up to lend her a hand!
Written by Caleb Goellner (Sonic the Hedgehog) and illustrated by Hendry Prasetya (Mighty Morphin Power Rangers), with colors by Raúl Angulo (NYX) and letters by Ed Dukeshire (The Woods), it will also feature covers illustrated by Jorge Jiménez (Justice League) and Prasetya. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles x Naruto #1 is set for a November 13th release.
