Star Wars: Visions Anime Official Series Trailer Revealed

The official Star Wars YouTube channel has posted the Japanese and English language trailers for the upcoming Stars Wars: Visions anime series. 

Star Wars: Visions is a series of nine different anime shorts created by seven different studios, each with their own unique take with the Star Wars mythos. 

These shorts and the studio and the staff attached to it are:

• "The Duel" by anime studio Kamikaze Douga, and is directed by Takanobu Mizuno (Tokio of the Moon's Shadow) with character designs by Takashi Okazaki (Afro Samurai)
• "Lop & Ocho" by anime studio Geno Studio, a story about beauty in all its imperfections, it is directed by Yuuki Igarashi (Jujutsu Kaisen)
• "Tatooine Rhapsody" by anime studio Studio Colorido, and is about a rock band and an unexpected friendship within. Short will feature appearances by Boba Fett and Jabba the Hutt, and is directed by Taku Kimura (A Place Further Than the Universe)
• "The Twins" by anime studio Trigger, and is about twins, one in the dark side, and one in the light side, and how far the one will save the other. The short is directed by Hiroyuki Imaishi (Gurren Lagann) and features character designs by Shigeto Koyama (Gundam Reconguista in G) with Sushio (Redline) serving as lead animator
• "The Elder" by anime studio Trigger, and it is about the relationship between a Master and a Padawan. The short is directed  by Masahiko Otsuka (Gurren Lagann) and is said to be his final work
• "The Village Bride" by anime studio Kinema Citrus, and it features traditional Japanese culture of mountains. The short is directed by Hitoshi Haga (Made in Abyss) with music by Kevin Penkin (The Rising of the Shield Hero)
• "Akakiri" by anime studio Science SARU, and it is about a Jedi and a princess that isn't the Skywalkers, and is directed by Eunyoung Choi (Kick-Heart)
• "T0-B1" by anime studio Science SARU, and it is about a cute droid inspired by the works of Osamu Tezuka. The short is directed by Abel Góngora (Garo the Animation) with character design by Takafumi Hori (Garo the Animation)
• "The Ninth Jedi" by anime studio Production I.G, and it is about a Jedi who need to come back, reunite, and restore the galaxy. This short is directed by Kenji Kamiyama (Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex) with Mitsuhisa Ishikawa (Attack on Titan) serving as executive producer

Star Wars: Visions is set to premiere on September 22nd, exclusively on the Disney+ streaming service.
