Discotek Media announced in their special Discotek Day panel at the Otakon 2024 event that they will release two more Metal Hero titles, namely, Space Sheriff Shaider and Special Rescue Police Winspector.

Space Sheriff Shaider is the 3rd entry of the Metal Hero franchise, and the final entry of the Space Sheriff Trilogy. Some fans thought that this release is impossible due to the rights of the series being tied to VR Troopers, a show that uses 3 different Metal Hero titles.
This release will contain all episodes of the series with English subtitles, and comes with the following extras, namely: 35-year reunion, photo gallery, karaoke opening, and a retrospective essay by Mike Dent. Space Sheriff Shaider is set for a September release.

Special Rescue Police Winspector is the 9th entry of the Metal Hero franchise, and the first entry of the Rescue Police Trilogy. The release is a SD-BD release, and will contain all 49 episodes of the series. Other details such as extras and its release date are yet to be announced.
