- Naniwa Danshi's Kento Nagao (Homestay) as a younger Rohan
- Fumino Kimura (The Fable) as Nanase, a mysterious black-haired girl that Rohan encountered when he was younger
- Masanobu Ando (Battle Royale) as Ryunosuke Tatsumi, an art appraiser examining a collection at the Lourve
- Minami (Tomie: Revenge) as Ema Noguchi, a guide who works at the museum and welcomes Rohan
The main cast of the series returns to reprise their roles in said film, namely: Issey Takahashi (Whisper of the Heart) will once again reprise his role as Rohan Kishibe, alongside Marie Iitoyo (Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger) as Rohan's editor, Kyoka Izumi. Takahashi states that the film can be considered as the overall "ninth episode" of the series. The third season of the series only had two episodes, which were released on December 26 and December 27. Filming is currently ongoing in France after they are finished shooting the scenes set in Japan.
The staff from the previous three seasons will once again work on the film with Yasuko Kobayashi (Kamen Rider Den-O, Samurai Sentai Shinkenger) writing the series' script, and Naruyoshi Kikuchi (Tokyo Ghoul: 'S') composing the film's music. Lastly, Kazutaka Watanabe (Only Yesterday live-action special) returns to direct the film. Rohan au Louvre is set to premiere this May 26th.
