TMZ reported that actor Hector David Jr., best known for his role as Mike/Green Samurai Ranger in Power Rangers Samurai has pled guilty to misdemeanor battery in a Canyon County Court last January 8th.
This was because of his argument with an elderly man, who used a walker over a parking spot in Nampa, Idaho. Said event escalated when David Jr, shoved the man to the ground, according to the authorities. Said victim wasn't seriously injured.
Hector David Jr. was sentenced to 180 days in jail according to the new legal documents, but the judge suspended 135 days of the sentence, which means he only has to serve 45 days in jail. After he is out, he needs to stay out of trouble to avoid more jail time. He also placed him on 2 years of supervised probabtion, and was also ordered to complete 100 hours of community service.
