The 13th episode of Power Rangers Beast Morphers Season 2 titled "Grid Connection" just aired in the UK yesterday. That said, it is time for the much awaited triple Dino Ranger team-up!

Keeper returns and tells the Rangers his vision of the group of Power Rangers in which he saw the Rangers were defeated. He then tells Devon that he was hit by a meteor in said vision, which he doubts even if Keeper tells them that he got the visions from the Morphin Grid. Even with that in mind, he heads towards the video game competition. Cruise got lost... and they got hit by the meteor.
Meanwhile, the Grid Battleforce receives a transmission from the Dino Charge dimension about them getting attacked by a group that wants their Energems. The other Beast Morphers arrive in their dimension and fights Goldar (now calling himself Goldar Maximus), Snide, and an army of foot soldiers. The Rangers are defeated and the bad guys got the Energems.

Devon returns in which we learn that the Rangers are stuck in the other dimension. Feeling guilty of not trusting the Morphin Grid, Devon devises a plan to send a call to help via the Morphin Grid by entering a Morph-X Tower, which taps in the power of the Morphin Grid. Cruise brings in the meteor encased in a lead box as this meteor emits a strong magnetic energy. With it, Devon concluded that the Morphin Grid send them this meteor for this exact moment.
Devon enters the Morph-X Tower and was advised by Keeper to trust in the Morphin Grid. Inside the Morphin Grid, he begins his call for help for other Rangers. One Ranger heed the call, it's Jason Lee Scott, the original Mighty Morphin Red Ranger. Jason knows Devon and wonders why he was called by him, in which he explains the current situation to the original Red Ranger. Jason understands and decides to help them. Devon then hands Jason a Power Coin.

Back with the bad guys, we finally know what Keeper told Evox. It is how to create an evil Zord using the power of the Energems, dinosaur DNA, and geode. Devon and Jason arrived and Devon hands his teammates their morphers and the Dino Charge Rangers whose Energems were stolen with Dino Chargers powered by Morph-X. The group split with Jason leading the Dino Charge Rangers in a front attack, and Devon with his team doing a back attack.
In the front attack, Jason and the other Dino Rangers face Goldar Maximus and his army. Jason then calls in the rest of the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and the Dino Thunder Rangers. Finally, it is time for the big Dino Ranger team-up. Back with the Beast Morphers team, they face Evox as he creates his own Zord, the Chimera Zord. Blaze arrives to warn Evox that the Dino Rangers are winning and Evox attacks the Beast Morphers and finishes the creation of his Zord!

Evox leaves after he finishes the final step in the creation of his new Zord. Blaze attempts to fight Devon who just shoots him, and defeating him with ease. Back with the Dino Rangers, they finally defeated Goldar Maximus. Evox arrives and summons his Chimera Zord and pilots it!
The Zord attacks the Rangers and they summon the Megazords in battle! It's a triple Dino Megazord team-up! With the other Beast Morphers down, Devon summons the Beast-X King Zord to help the other Dino Rangers. The Zord then combines with the Dino Charge Megazord to form the Dino Charge Megazord Beast-X King Formation! With the other two Dino Megazords, they combine all their powers to defeat Evox and his new Zord! Evox teleports and the Rangers are standing tall.
The Zord attacks the Rangers and they summon the Megazords in battle! It's a triple Dino Megazord team-up! With the other Beast Morphers down, Devon summons the Beast-X King Zord to help the other Dino Rangers. The Zord then combines with the Dino Charge Megazord to form the Dino Charge Megazord Beast-X King Formation! Jason exclaims that Evox is tough, while the Dino Charge Rangers and Keeper finally get their stuff back. The Dino Thunder and Mighty Morphin teams return to their home dimension, and before coming home, Jason gives the other Rangers a speech on how the Rangers will continue on the fight. Devon admits his mistake before heading back to their home dimension with the rest of the Beast Morphers.
Whew. This is probably, the longest crossover arc in this entire Power Rangers franchise! Six episodes if we count all the build up leading to this moment! What to do you guys think? Do you wish that it will be a bit longer and have more Rangers out of suit?
