Toei announced that the Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger Film Concert will make its miraculous comeback, but this time, on the big screen in movie theaters with powerful visuals and the best sound!
Hailed as a "legendary event" by fans, they eagerly awaited its release on video, but we will get to experience it in theaters with superb sound, now released as Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger Film Concert in Cinema! This is a recording of the May 2025 that generated a lot of buzz, and will be screened in theaters for a limited two week period from August 28th to September 28th.
This collaborative concert with full orchestra was held at the Fuchu-no-Mori Arts Theater with orchestral performance from the Grand Philharmonic TOKYO and conducted by Hiroyasu Matsumoto. The film version will open a digest orchestra of some of themes heard in the series. The heart of this film concert is the Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger Final Three Episodes TTFC Special Version, which is an extended edition of the final arc of the series. The final battle and the moving ending of the series are now accompanied with soul-stirring, live orchestral performance.
Lastly, in-between the two orchestral performances are the special talk show portions from the original two-day event. The Day 1 guests are: Taisei Sakai (Gira Husty/Kuwagata Ohger) and Aoto Watanabe (Yanma Gast/Tombo Ohger), while the Day 2 guests are: Yuzuki Hirakawa (Rita Kaniska/Papillon Ohger) and Masashi Ikeda (Spider Kumonos). Lastly, Erica Murakami (Hymeno Ran/Kamakiri Ohger) also serves as the event's navigator.
