Premium Bandai posted the official images and the video review of the DX TegaSword Origin from the No. 1 Sentai Gozyuger series.
First seen in the Super Sentai Universe War - No. 1 Sentai Gozyuger Episode 0 short film, and later, in the No. 1 Sentai Gozyuger: TegaSword of Resurrection film, this item will finally get a DX toy!
The color of the body is striking red with a luxurioius gold paint finish. The distinctive wing parts are added in the back. In addition, it also includes a wealth of new voice lines, such as TegaSword's lines and various transformation sounds.
The set includes the exclusive Sentai Ring TegaSword Red Origin VER., which is needed to transform the TegaSword into its robot form by setting said ring to it. The set also comes with the limited edition Sentai Ring Gozyu Wolf Origin VER. Set said Sentai Ring to the TegaSword Origin, clap your hands, and press the button to transform and play newly recorded transformation sounds. The TegaSword Origin is of course compatible with the rest of the Sentai Ring Series (sold separately). It can recognize each Sentai Ring individually and activate unique sound effects.
This Premium Bandai web exclusive set cost 7,700 yen, and is set for a January 2026 release. Pre-orders will end on August 31st.
