The official Toei Tokusatsu YouTube channel posted a video in which Ninja Sentai Kakuranger's Kane Kosugi is teaching you the Ninja Exercise!
Because some of Kakuranger cast are no longer active, and they are working on a new film for the first time in 30 years, Kane Kosugi, who plays Ninja Black Jiraiya has devised a full body exercise that anyone at home can do to help build up their physical strength and allow the Kakuranger generation to enjoy and exercise their bodies.
Supervised by Ninja Sentai Kakuranger: Act Three - Middle-Aged Struggles director Koichi Sakamoto, try this exercise and aim for a perfect body this summer! Aside from Kosugi, also participating in this video are: Teruaki Ogawa (Ninja Red Sasuke), Satomi Hirose (Ninja White Tsuruhime), Shu Kawai (Ninja Yellow Seikai), and Hiroshi Tsuchida (Ninja Blue Saizou).
