The official Musical Fate/Zero: The Sword of Promised Victory stage play website posted the trailer for the upcoming stage musical, as well revealed the play's cast.
Based on the Fate/stay night prequel novel series, Fate/Zero written by Gen Urobuchi, it takes place 10 years prior to the events of Fate/stay night and tells the story of the Fourth Holy Grail War, a secret magic tournament held in Fuyuki City in Japan. In this tournament, seven mages known as Masters summons beings known as Servants, reincarnation of legendary souls and heroes from all across time to fight on their behalf in a deadly battle royale, and whoever wins will obtain a magical wish granting artifact known as the Holy Grail.
That being said, the musical's cast are:
Hideyuki Nishimori (My Hero Academia stage play) will write the musical's screenplay, directing the musical, and writing the lyrics. Urobuchi will supervise the musical's script. Go Sakabe (Kamen Rider Zero-One) will compose the music, and Uran Hirosaki will serve as the musical's choreographer.
Fate/Zero: The Sword of Promised Victory will from January 18-26, 2025 at the Theater Milano-za in Tokyo, and from January 31, 2025 to February 2, 2025 at the Sky Theater MBS in Osaka.
