Bandai Japan posted their video review of the DX K-Touch 21 from the Kamen Rider Zi-O vs. Decade special.
This item is used by Kamen Rider Decade to transform into Kamen Rider Decade Complete Form 21. To transform, Decade loads the W to Zero-One K-Touch Card to the K-Touch 21, press the logos in order and load the K-Touch 21 to the DX Neo Decadriver (sold separately). In addition to the new W to Zero-One K-Touch Card, the set also includes the Kuuga to Decade K-Touch card from the original DX toy.
Lastly, this item also comes with three new Kamen Ride Cards, namely: Zero-One, Zero-Two, and GrandZi-O. This Premium Bandai web exclusive item cost 5,500 yen and is set for a June release. In addition, you can also order this item as part of a set with the DX Neo Decadriver for 14,850 yen.
