In TV-Asahi's official Kamen Rider ZEZTZ blog, actress Maho Horiguchi, who plays Nem in the series confirmed the show's total episode count.
In the blog post, she thanked fans who watched episode 39 and talked about the story developments that happened in that episode. That said, she confirmed that there are only 11 episodes left in the main story. She commented on how time goes by quickly while filming, and just like filming, time also passes by quickly while it's airing. Like it's ending in the blink of an eye.
With this comment, it's confirmed that Kamen Rider ZEZTZ will have a total of 50 episodes. Because of the wording of "main story", spin-off media such as movies and specials are not taken into account. The only confirmed Kamen Rider ZEZTZ spin-off that hasn't aired yet is the upcoming summer movie, Kamen Rider ZEZTZ: Farewell Mission.
