After the reveal that Kamen Rider Zero-Two is Kamen Rider Zero-One's final form, a new rumor has surfaced revealing that he will get a form in the final episode of the series.
Take these rumors with a grain of salt.
According to the rumor, Toei and Bandai had a meeting last June 1st in which it is revealed that Toei wanted to satisfy the viewers of the 1st Reiwa Kamen Rider, while Bandai wants to get more sales. The costume designer was also present at said meeting so they illustrate an idea of a form that will appear in the last episode of the series.
This new form will reuse assets from previous forms to reduce time and cost, and that the design (seen above) is just a concept of it, but not the final design. The idea is that Kamen Rider Zero-One MetalCluster Hopper will be the base of the new suit and that the color scheme will be of Kamen Rider Zero-Two, but with more spikes. The idea for said form is that it will use the combined power of Zea and Ark to defeat the final villain of the series, in which Kamen Rider Thouser is a likely candidate.
