Part of the IXA Belt is the IXA Knuckle, in which in the CSM version, has a switch in the back, allowing you to switch between modern and past modes. Each mode has its own unique transforming sounds and voices. The IXA Knuckle also has a dialogue and BGM button. Pressing the dialogue button in modern mode will play Nago's lines, while in past mode plays Otoya's lines. Each mode has over 160 lines of dialogue. Pressing the BGM button will play some of the show's insert themes, such as "IXA Henshin" and "Fight for Justice" and the songs are played in different order depending if it is in modern or past mode.
The CSM IxaRiser, unlike the DX version has individual buttons that you can press, making it closer to the prop seen in the original TV series. The charging sound of the Rising IXA for is recorded in this item and after pressing the proper button combination and setting the Riser Fuestle will complete the transformation. In addition, pulling the Riser Fuestle and inserting it in the IXA Belt will activate the finisher sound via wireless communication with the IXA Belt. Lastly, pressing the buttons of the IXARiser in a specific order will play more Nago dialogue.
