Another thing that was brought up in the episode is his friendship with the Ganma Emperor. Based on how I see it, these two are close friends and both were responsible in turning the Ganma World into a utopia. Aside from that, the episode shed some more light about the Emperor's personality. Much to my surprise, he's a very interesting character. All that guy wants is utopia and he just wants to share it to our world. The episode didn't tell us that he is evil, the episode presents us a leader who thinks that he knows what is best for everyone and presents it that way.
Another scene that showed us that is with his scene with Alain, after he is done asking him of what happened to him in the human world, he gave him an advice to listen to his heart in making decisions, something that he doesn't tell his kids when he is preaching about utopia. This is the time where he is acting a father figure to his son, not the Emperor of the Ganma World, and seeing Alain's confused expression about it tells me that he is used to the Emperor acting all Emperor like for most of the time. This is likely the first time he acted like a father to his kid.
Much to Takeru and Makoto's surprise, this Ganma is an honorable one as she prefers only harming men and spares women and children. Their fight against her is really fun to watch and seeing her retreat so that she can't harm Kanon is really charming. That being said, Takeru decides that maybe, he can befriend this Ganma. Because of her action, Igor decides to brain wash her so that she can get the job done, removing everything that makes her one charming character to watch.
Because of their efforts, they were able to create a portal, but sadly, Takeru can't cross it. Because of his predicament, Edison steps in and teaches him of his mantra. You know, the 99% perspiration and 1% inspiration, and since this is Kamen Rider, they expanded it and added that these elements are not possible without having a goal in sight. Thanks to this, he now has an idea on how he can get into the portal. But before he can execute it, the enemy Ganma makes her move and much to Takeru's surprise, she is acting quite differently.
Now that it is over, it is time to cross the Ganma World, and not surprising, the only thing that Takeru needs to do so that he can cross to the Ganma World aside from the portal is to think of a goal, and his goal is to save Makoto's body. With that in mind, he successfully makes his trip. Next episode is seriously interesting, not only we will finally see Adel's true motives, we might finally get a glimpse of Takeru's next form, the Grateful Damashii!
