The official Kamen Rider Black Sun posted the project's 3rd official trailer, as well as revealed new details for the series such as the theme song, total episode count, and many more.
The trailer features the project's theme song, "Did you see the sunrise?" by Chogakusei. It is also confirmed that the series will have a total of 10 episodes, all are directed by Kazuya Shiraishi and will be released on Prime Video worldwide in over 200 territories this October 28th.

The upcoming project stars Hidetoshi Nishijima (Drive My Car) and Tomoya Nakamura (Lost and Found) as Kotaro Minami/Kamen Rider Black Sun and Nobuhiko Akizuki/Kamen Rider Shadowmoon respectively. Just like in the original TV series, both Kotaro and Nobuhiko were born during a solar eclipse at the same day and the same time, making them candidates to become the Creation King, the pinnacle of monsters. Unlike the original TV series in which they are adopted brothers, the two are now just close friends. The two are remodeled to become Kamen Riders.
The series will also take place in the year 2022, half a century has passed since the country declared the coexistence of humans and monsters, an era of chaos. We will meet Aoi Izumi, a young human rights activist who appeals for the abolition of discrimination, who will later meet our heroes.
