Premium Bandai posted the official images and promo video of the Black Commander & Jamming Magnum - 30th Anniversary Edition from the Juukou B-Fighter series.
Released to commemorate Juukou B-Fighter's 30th anniversary, this set comes with Black Beet's transformation device, the Black Commander and his weapon, the Jamming Magnum. In addition to both items, the set also comes with two Mini Hero Black Beet figures, one fully painted figure and a clear version, which is placed inside the Black Commander to fully recreate Black Beet's transformation sequence.
The Black Commander is 180mm in length, and is features a "heavy" gunmetal exterior, thus achieving the appearance seen in the series. The base mold is exposed when the parts are deployed, thus allowing you to see the three-layer structure, which is sculpted in full detail. It also has a built-in LED and will light up during the transformation sequence, which can be better recreated if you have the clear Black Beet figure inserted.
In addition, the cast recorded new lines for this release. Aside from lines coming from Shadow (played by Keisuke Tsuchiya) before transformation and his lines after transforming into Black Beet (voiced by Shunsuke Sakuya), it will also have new lines coming from Blue Beet (played by Daisuke Tsuchiya) in VS Blue Beet Mode. In VS Blue Beet Mode, it will play lines coming from iconic battles and conversation scenes. In addition to said lines, it can also play Black Beet's image song, "Black Cross BLACK BEET" and the transformation sounds that correspond to said scene, thus allowing you to fully immerse in the role play.
In addition, the cast recorded new lines for this release. The muzzle is equipped with a purple LED that confirms to the image seen in the series. The cocking action activates the power both switches between "Jamming Magnum Mode" and "Stinger Byoot Mode".
In Jamming Magnum Mode, you can activate multiple Jamming Magnum attack sounds. In addition, Black Beet's lines in the attack scenes are also recorded and can be activated from the Jamming Magnum. In Stinger Byoot Mode, it will play lines related to Stinger Byoot, the weapon equipped on Black Beet's arm. In addition to the attack sounds from both wire and saber modes, it will also play lines when using the Stinger Byoot.
Lastly, both items come with their respective dedicated stands. This Premium Bandai web exclusive set cost 24,000 yen, and is set for a December release. Pre-orders will end on July 25th.
