Premium Bandai posted the official images and promo video of the G-Phone - Memorial Edition from the Hyakujuu Sentai Gaoranger series.
This item represents the transformation device used by the five Gaorangers. Aside from the main G-Phone, it also comes with five antenna heads that represent each Gaoranger that you can swap around for your preferred member. This edition is a new mold based on the DX version. By pulling out the parts, it can be transformed into Animal Mode or Hero Mode like the one seen in the series. The joints are made of diecast, thus giving it a solid feel.
The G-Phone itself is now equipped with a motion sensor. During the transformation sequence, sound effects are activated by not only by pressing the button, but also by shaking the G-Phone. The number of LEDs on the G-Phone screen has been increased from two to four compared to the original DX version. Because of this, the light effects is now more in line with the one seen in the series. After transformation, the memorable sound effects of the character introductions can also be activated.
Furthermore, various sound effects can be activated by keystrokes on the G-Phone itself. BGM includes multiple tracks such as the show's theme song, "Gaoranger Roar!! (TV size)", and many other sound effects such as "Power Animal Roar" and "Haja Hyakujuuken Attack Sound".
This Premium Bandai web exclusive item cost 17,600 yen, and is set for a May 2026 release. Pre-orders will end on December 18th.
