The former host of the Seeker Roidmude and the daughter of copycat criminal Mitsuya Nishibori, Reiko Nishibori is about to be released from prison. Gou, who identified with her due to their similar backgrounds took the stand during her trial and testified in her favor decided to support her after her release. Gou's older sister Kiriko, now a wife and a mother wishes for his happiness from the bottom of her heart.
But on the night of Reiko's release, a series of murders took place and the murder weapon seems to be woman's hair. Reiko is said to be the culprit due to video evidence supporting it. Now marked as a suspect, Gou still believes her innocence and aids her escape. However, Reiko believes that "the child of a monster cannot escape the curse laid upon them" and leaves Gou. Now at loss of any motivation, Gou meets an unlikely individual.
It's been years since Chase's disappeared and people are slowly forgot the Roidmude threat. However, Heart has been revived and within him are the cores of Brain and Medic. At the same time, creatures similar to Roidmudes are attack people. Heart thinks, "I don't want to witness Roidmudes clinging to a lost past and attacking people." Because of this desire, he helps Inspector Otta in the investigtions.
It's discovered that the targeted people were copy models of previous Roidmudes and Medic's copy model, Misuzu Hatori is attacked by a mysterious monster. This creature has the appearance of all Roidmudes combined and the number 5886 on its chest. Heart deduces the identity and terrifying objective of this monster. With no means to fight it because he is unable to regain his Roidmude powers, he's at a disadvantage. However, Shinnosuke Tomari appears before him...
The Mach portion will be written by Keiichi Hasegawa (Kamen Rider W RETURNS: Accel) while the Heart portion will be written by Kamen Rider Drive head writer Riku Sanjo. Both portions will be directed by Hidenori Ishida.
