Bandai Tamashii Nations posted the official images of the Chogokin Robocon 50th Anniversary Ver. from the Ganbarre!! Robocon series.
Based on the mega hit 70s tokusatsu series, Chogokin Robocon is back with the same nostalgic style! This 50th anniversary revival version, and to match the one seen in the series, the colors of both legs has been changed to silver, and the "heart mark" has been changed to pink. In addition, when you open the hatch on the chest, you can see the internal mechanism! Furthermore, deep inside the body is a spring-powered pull back mechanism, and when you attach the wheel unit, it can move around at a leisurely pace.
The body is of course, made of diecast, and both arms and legs are made of metal pipes. It's a heavy, Chogokin robot that stands 120mm tall, and aside from the wheel unit, it also comes with a propeller that you can attach at the back for the flight mode, and three cockroach figures, which Robocon hates!
