Bandai Japan posted their video review of the Dictator - 30th Anniversary Edition from the 13th Metal Hero series, Blue SWAT.
Also known as the BW-01 Dictator, this item is the standard firearm of each Blue SWAT member. Released to commemorate the show's 30th anniversary, this item comes with two types of magazines, namely the regular 10-round magazine and a 32-round long magazine. It also comes with a dedicated pedestal.
For playability, a new mechanism was added to replicate the blowback action, and in conjuction with the slide blowback, the armor piercing bullet called "Hyper Bullet" appears inside the gun. That said, the item has 4 LEDs that will light up once you use the item. The muzzle and laser pointer also has light up gimmicks. The muzzle will light up when the trigger is pulled, and the laser pointer will light up when the special switch is pressed along with its related sound effect.
More on the sound effects, once all bullets are fired, a sound effect indicating it will play, so you need to reload it with a different magazine to recreate the show's gunplay action. Take note, this item is not designed to eject cartridges. You can also switch the item between its semi-auto and full-auto modes like the one seen in the show so that you can enjoy the rapid fire play by switching between the two types of magazines.
Lastly, aside from the sound effects, the item can play two BGM tracks, the theme song and the insert song, by pressing the BGM button. Pressing and holding it can switch the BGM into either normal mode or enhanced mode. This Premium Bandai web exclusive item cost 22,000 yen, and is set for a February 2025 release. Pre-orders will end on September 13th.
